Anna is a qualified attorney with almost a decade of professional experience, combining deep expertise in regulatory law and intellectual property matters.
Her extensive background has been shaped at leading international law firms and global companies in Poland and abroad. Specialising in new technologies and regulatory law, Anna advises top-tier clients from the digital business and life sciences sectors.
Her practice spans the full business cycle from development and market access to advertising, contracting and enforcement. A significant focus of her work lies in digital and intangible assets, where she delivers cutting-edge legal solutions, often regarding cybersecurity, data privacy and compliance.
Her expertise has been sought after by leading global players. Widely recognised for her strategic and high level advice, Anna is the co-author of numerous publications on IP and pharmaceutical law, with a special emphasis on innovations in medical software. Registered with the Paris Bar, he combines extensive in-house legal expertise with a strong commercial understanding, helping organisations navigate legal, regulatory and compliance challenges across international markets.
Throughout his career, he has been a trusted adviser to senior management, including general managers, department heads, and national and European leadership teams. He provides pragmatic, business-focused legal advice that supports strategic decision-making while effectively managing legal and compliance risks.
His practice covers a broad range of commercial and compliance matters, including the drafting and negotiation of complex agreements, the implementation of compliance frameworks, and legal support for strategic business initiatives and day-to-day operations. His experience also includes negotiating with customers, suppliers and public authorities, as well as coordinating external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
